Shown in the seafront shelters along the promenade at Llandudno, 54 large-scale portraits of those who work behind the scenes in the town's hotel and guest houses. The exhibition was produced and curated by Paul Sampson who runs the Oriel Colwyn gallery.
Six images from the Town To Town series were exhibited at the Pingyao International Photography Festival in China as part of the Distinctly Britain festival. Featuring 12 British photographers, including Chris Killip, Tish Murtha, Martin Parr and Marketa Luskacova, the show ran from 19-25 September 2018.
Running till Nov 2018, London Nights featured more than 200 photographs from 50 artists shot over the past 100 years. Included are six images from the Southwestern series. An accompanying book, published by Hoxton Mini Press, features images from the exhibition.
Town To Town showcased portraits from across Britain. It also featured a special section dedicated to towns in the west of England, including Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Bath, Bridgewater and Hereford.
As part of its City Now, City Future season, the Museum of London exhibited a selection of 35 large-scale portraits – printed up to 5ft in size – which were shot across the capital between 2011 and 2017.
This exhibition featured more than 70 portraits from across England, Scotland and Wales, as well as a dedicated series shot along the North Wales coast.
